Between January and February 2025, Element Construction MMC successfully completed the design and implementation of comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems at Armudu Lounge, a modern hospitality venue located in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Scope of completed MEP works:

Mechanical (HVAC) Systems:

Design and installation of the ventilation and air circulation system

Implementation of efficient heating and cooling systems

Integration of energy-efficient HVAC equipment

Electrical System:

Complete wiring and installation of electrical distribution panels

Setup of lighting systems (general, decorative, and emergency lighting)

Power supply lines for equipment with proper safety protections

Plumbing System:

Installation of water supply and drainage systems

Equipping kitchen and restroom areas with modern sanitary fixtures

Setup of fire safety water lines and storage tanks

Thanks to these technical solutions, Armudu Lounge was fully equipped with modern infrastructure, ensuring comfort, reliability, and safety for both guests and staff.
