About the Project
Between January and March 2020, Element Construction MMC successfully carried out renovation and technical infrastructure works at the Şam Bağı restaurant complex located in Tovuz, Azerbaijan. The project's main goal was to modernize the cottages, upgrade the restaurant’s systems with advanced MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) solutions, and provide a more comfortable and safe environment for guests.

Key works completed during the project:

• Cottage Renovation

Interior and exterior repair and restoration

Renewal of flooring, ceilings, and wall finishes

Modern lighting and heating systems installation

Implementation of decorative and functional interior upgrades

• Restaurant MEP Works

Electrical systems: wiring installation, lighting, switchboards, and protective devices

Plumbing systems: installation of water supply and drainage lines, kitchen and sanitary unit equipment

HVAC systems: setup of ventilation and air conditioning equipment to ensure climate control within the restaurant

Fire safety systems: installation of alarm systems and emergency evacuation mechanisms

As a result, the complex was transformed into a modern, well-equipped facility, fully aligned with current safety, comfort, and aesthetic standards.
