Element Construction MMC successfully executed a range of comprehensive construction and finishing works within the scope of a project implemented for PMD between May 2024 and April 2025. The scope of work included the following:
1. Basement Concrete Works
High-quality concrete works were carried out in the basement to establish structural strength and durability. These works included slab and wall concreting, waterproofing, and reinforcement installation.
2. Betopan Works
Betopan panels were installed on interior and exterior walls to enhance fire resistance, moisture protection, and structural integrity. This contributed to both safety and the long-term durability of the project.
3. Suspended Ceiling and Baffle Systems
Aesthetic and acoustic solutions were achieved through the installation of suspended ceilings and baffle systems, ensuring visual consistency and functionality in interior spaces.
4. T-Profile Installation in Corridors
T-profile metal structures were installed in corridors to ensure clean transitions, durability, and structural coherence. These installations enhanced both the appearance and performance of corridor sections.
5. Roof Concrete Works
Concrete works were carried out on the rooftop to form the load-bearing surface and prepare for waterproofing. These works ensured long-term resistance to weather conditions and structural safety.
6. Fit-Out Works (Interior Finishing)
Interior finishing was completed in line with modern standards, including wall coverings, flooring systems, lighting fixtures, and other design elements. These works provided a complete and functional interior space ready for use.
7. Marble Works
Premium-quality natural marble materials were installed on staircases, floors, and vertical wall surfaces. These works added elegance and value to the interior design of the project.
8. Carpet and Raised Flooring Systems
Raised floor systems were installed in office areas and technical rooms, allowing easy access to cable routes and utility lines. Durable carpet tiles were laid on top to provide comfort, acoustic performance, and a clean appearance.
