Between April and July 2024, Element Construction MMC successfully executed the construction of a water reservoir and installation of a fire protection system for Azerbaijan Railways – a project of critical importance for railway infrastructure safety and sustainability.

The project aimed to enhance fire preparedness, ensure reliable emergency water supply, and bring infrastructure systems in line with modern safety standards.

Key work components:

]Water Reservoir Construction:

Design and construction of a reinforced concrete water reservoir

Calculation and implementation of appropriate water storage capacity

Installation of water supply pipelines and insulation systems

Firefighting System Installation:

Setup of fire lines and pump systems

Installation of fire hydrants, sprinkler heads, and pressure regulators

Integration of automated control and alarm systems

This project represents a major improvement in safety infrastructure, contributing to the operational resilience of Azerbaijan’s railway network.
