In February 2025, Element Construction MMC successfully completed the supply of premium terracotta materials for the client Mörtel, utilizing products from Soladrilho, one of Europe’s leading terracotta manufacturers. The project focused on the integration of high-quality terracotta elements into the building’s façade, meeting both aesthetic and technical standards.
Scope of supply:
2300 m² of terracotta façade panels
11,500 linear meters of terracotta louvers (detailing elements)
These materials contributed not only to the architectural elegance of the project but also to its performance in terms of ventilation, shading, and façade protection. Soladrilho terracotta products are known for their color stability, weather and UV resistance, offering long-lasting durability with minimal maintenance.
